Born in Fukuoka City, Japan.

Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Nagasaki University.

After graduating from university, I worked in human resources and general affairs roles in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors for ten years. Through this experience, I developed a strong interest in and fulfillment from work involving close interaction with people.

After marriage, I experienced several career interruptions due to my husband's job transfers. To improving my situation as a working mother, I sought a career path that would allow me to utilize professional experience while adapting to changing environments. This led me to pursue qualification as a Labor and Social Security Attorney (Shakai Hoken Rōmushi).

After the birth of two children, I obtain a qualification and established my office in Sendai City in 2025.

I acquired conversational English through communication while living in Japan. I experienced providing interpretation for overseas business partners and assisting foreign patients.

Our office specializes in business support for companies that employ foreign workers and for businesses owned and managed by foreign entrepreneurs.

In the course of running a business, issues and concerns related to people and employment are unavoidable. During my years working in human resources and general affairs, I handled a wide range of “people-related” consultations from both inside and outside the organization. Today, I continue to work closely with business owners, addressing a broad variety of employment and labor-related concerns.

There is often no single correct answer when it comes to human resource issues, and many situations cannot be resolved by manuals alone. That is why I place great importance on listening carefully and responding sincerely to each client’s situation.

When business owners feel stuck, I draw on my knowledge and experience in human resources, labor management, and international matters to help identify practical paths toward improvement and to support you in reaching solutions as quickly as possible.

I aim to be a business partner trusted by both business owners and employees. I hope they feel, “I’m glad I met you.”

I look forward to building new relationships with many people through my work.

Why My International Journey Led Me to This Work

I have been interested in overseas, and participating in the Cabinet Office–sponsored international exchange program during university became a major turning point in my life.

For approximately two months, I lived together on board with the youth from the ten ASEAN countries, experiencing meaningful cross-border exchange beyond nationality and culture.

The strong friendships continue to this day. I have since experienced homestays in Southeast Asia more than ten times across seven countries, and have also traveled to third countries to reunite with friends. Through these experiences, I gained a deep understanding of different lifestyles, cultures, religions, and customs, which has become an invaluable asset for me.

I learned how important and essential it is to embrace different values and make the effort to understand others, view situations from a broad perspective. I believe this mindset enriches everyday life, not only interactions with people from other countries.

Even after entering the workforce, I have continued to work with and support foreign nationals through interactions with clients and external stakeholders.

The accumulation of these experiences, along with deep gratitude for the people I have met, naturally led me to pursue a career that involves working closely with people from diverse backgrounds.
